Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP Business Engagement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes within the SAP ecosystem
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system changes and support SAP migrations
• Lead change management activities and develop training programs for end-users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience with expertise in at least two core modules
• Proven track record of leading process improvement projects
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture
• Proficiency in process-mapping tools and project management platforms
