SAP Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support ERP adoption initiatives, the full-time SAP Transformation Change Management Consultant will bridge the gap between technical teams and end-users, ensuring seamless user adoption and maximizing ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate effects of SAP updates on workflows and organizational structure
• Engage stakeholders and build a network of change champions to align project goals across departments
• Design training programs and communication strategies to equip employees with necessary skills and keep them informed about changes

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Transformation Change Management
• Deep knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, particularly SAP S/4HANA and ECC
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and consensus building
• Strong analytical skills for assessing organizational maturity and measuring user adoption
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for non-technical audiences
