Job Summary
Leading the technical architecture for digital storefronts, the full-time SAP Commerce Cloud Architect will design integration pipelines, enforce coding standards, and ensure platform scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture connecting digital storefronts, Commerce Core, Middleware, ERP, and Logistics engines
- Lead architectural reviews, define coding standards, and enforce integration design patterns
- Design robust integration pipelines between SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP systems while ensuring platform stability during peak traffic events
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in software engineering with at least 5+ years in a Lead/Principal Architect capacity
- 6+ years of architectural experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
- Mastery of Java, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, and reactive programming models
- Deep expertise in Event-Driven Architecture and API-first, headless commerce architectures
- Strong database modeling skills across relational and NoSQL databases
