SAP Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Owning SAP Commissions configuration support, the full-time remote SAP Commissions Analyst will translate compensation plan requirements into system logic, partner with enterprise data teams for accurate incentive calculations, and support the automation of commission processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide plan configuration support, including the build of new compensation plans
• Monitor integrations and coordinate with the enterprise data team on new integrations and break-fix
• Partner with Compensation, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new and existing incentive plans

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Finance, Business, HR, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, HRIS, or compensation systems
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Commissions (ICM) configuration and support
• Proven experience configuring SAP Commissions, including compensation plan builds and enhancements
• Ability to translate compensation plan designs into system logic and functional specs
