SAP Concur Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the efficient management of travel and expense processes, the full-time SAP Concur Analyst will administer the Concur platform, assist with expense report processing, and provide user support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Concur platform, including user access and configuration updates
- Review and support the processing of employee expense reports, ensuring policy compliance and accuracy
- Triage and resolve Concur-related inquiries and support the creation of training materials for users
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics, engineering, business systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience administering or supporting Concur Expense Management
- 2+ years of experience auditing expense reports and ensuring travel and expense compliance
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
