SAP Concur Functional Lead

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of SAP Concur solutions, the full-time remote SAP Concur Functional Lead will manage functional design workshops, oversee configuration, and support global rollouts while ensuring alignment with travel and expense governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design workshops and requirement validation sessions with stakeholders
• Own the configuration of Concur Expense, including policies, workflows, and audit rules
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities across regions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8-12+ years of experience in SAP Concur implementations
• Proven experience leading global or multi-country Concur rollouts
• Strong knowledge of expense policies, approval workflows, and VAT/tax handling
• Experience with S/4 HANA and HR integrations in a global enterprise landscape
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across Finance, HR, and IT
