SAP CX Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP CX Functional Consultant for a remote contract position, who will analyze business requirements, configure SAP Customer Experience applications, and support integrations to ensure successful project delivery over a 5-month duration.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable SAP CX solutions
- Configure and implement SAP Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Customer Data Cloud applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct testing to validate solution quality
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience, particularly with SAP CX implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Hands-on configuration experience with SAP CX solutions
- Proven ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional solutions
- SAP CX certifications are preferred
