Job Summary

SAP CX Marketing Consultant, an experienced professional working full-time in a remote setting, responsible for implementing and enhancing SAP CX platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital marketing and customer experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and test scalable solutions based on product owner priorities
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure solution compatibility and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and produce necessary project documentation while supporting business readiness for changes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an SAP CX / CRM Functional Consultant
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP), SAP Emarsys, or SAP Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes and end-to-end marketing processes for B2B and B2C
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools
  • Understanding of APIs, web services, and integration tools
