Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP Delivery Lead to manage large SAP engagements and drive technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of engagements with a large SAP footprint and oversee teams of 100+ FTEs
• Lead SAP transformation and application support initiatives, ensuring effective operating models and governance
• Collaborate with CxOs and stakeholders, managing multi-geographical teams and improving service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in managing large SAP engagements
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S4 environments
• Strong knowledge of industry processes in Manufacturing, Aerospace, and After Sales Service
• Expertise in implementing Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
• Experience in managing revenue growth and profitability in operations
