Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Employee Central Payroll (ECP) components and processes
• Execute payroll testing cycles and perform data validation and reconciliation
• Collaborate with teams to resolve integration issues and support year-end payroll activities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP payroll, specifically with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Proven experience in payroll configuration and support
• Hands-on experience with payroll integrations and testing methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Understanding of statutory compliance and year-end payroll processes
