Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP ECP Consultant for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Validation of data during migration from on-prem to SAP ECP
Management of large implementation projects related to Compensation and Variable Pay
Adherence to system implementation standards and methodologies

Required Qualifications:

Experience in SAP Compensation Modernization and SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll solution
Ability to independently manage large implementation projects
Good mix of functional and technical expertise in data validation during migration
Experience with SAP Integration Suite
Eligibility for US Citizen, Green Card, GC EAD, or H4 EAD
