Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 4 direct reports, providing guidance and coaching
• Build and govern a centralized payroll knowledge base
• Serve as a functional expert for SAP ECP payroll configuration and processing

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as an SAP ECP Payroll Configuration Consultant
• 3-5+ years of hands-on payroll and configuration experience
• Deep understanding of payroll processing, taxes, and controls
• Experience managing knowledge bases or documentation
• Interest in people leadership and team development
