SAP EDI Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting critical EDI operations remotely, the full-time SAP EDI Analyst will manage daily SAP ECC EDI operations, coordinate with IBM Sterling support teams, and troubleshoot transaction failures within a fast-paced supply chain and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily SAP ECC EDI operations and transaction monitoring
• Coordinate with IBM Sterling support teams and vendors
• Troubleshoot EDI transaction failures and support issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on EDI experience (5+ preferred)
• Strong SAP experience within manufacturing/distribution environments
• Experience supporting EDI transactions for order management, shipping, invoicing, and procurement
• Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field required
