SAP EWM Consultant

Job Summary

To support key projects in designing innovative tools and training experiences, the temporary SAP EWM Support Consultant - Manufacturing & Logistics will provide BAU support for SAP EWM and related logistics processes, manage service requests, and collaborate with stakeholders, working remotely with occasional on-site presence in Austria.

Key responsibilities

• Provide BAU support for SAP EWM and logistics processes across live sites, focusing on Austria and Schaftenau operations
• Manage incoming tickets, defects, and change requests through designated service management tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and local teams to analyze requirements and implement approved changes within SAP EWM

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP EWM and manufacturing-related logistics processes
• Solid understanding of warehouse systems and operational processes within Austria-based sites
• Proven knowledge of Drug Substance and Drug Product business processes in pharmaceutical environments
• Prior involvement in SAP transformation or implementation projects
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setup with occasional on-site presence in Austria
