SAP FICO Business Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Business Analyst for a full-time remote position, responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and support activities in SAP FICO under the S/4HANA environment, designing solutions in SAP Group Reporting, and collaborating with finance teams to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver implementation and support activities in SAP FICO and S/4HANA
• Design and configure solutions in SAP Group Reporting, including consolidation models and reporting layouts
• Provide post-implementation support and manage integrations between FICO and other modules

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-CCA, CO-PA)
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal
• Mandatory expertise in SAP Group Reporting with implementation experience
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and reporting hierarchies
• Experience in data migration and upload tools, including LSMW and LTMC
