SAP FICO Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP FICO Lead to manage customer delivery and lead technical teams in solution development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer delivery and expectations while overseeing the technical team
• Design and develop solutions for projects and ensure successful delivery
• Guide and mentor developers, ensuring knowledge up-gradation and adherence to quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SAP full life cycle implementation of the FICO module
• 5+ years of S/4 HANA implementation experience, including design, configuration, and testing
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA functionalities in Finance, Controlling, and Treasury processes
• Experience with integrations for tax compliance
• Exposure to CMMC regulations and government/DoD projects is a plus
