SAP Fieldglass System Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing hands-on operational and administrative support, the full-time SAP Fieldglass System Coordinator will ensure system stability and assist with configuration, testing, and issue resolution for the SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of the SAP Fieldglass system, including user access and configuration changes
• Coordinate system testing activities and manage incident resolution in collaboration with HRIS and IT teams
• Document processes and generate operational reports to support data integrity and business decision-making

Required qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field, preferably in business or technical discipline
• Proficient in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Labor, SOW, and Worker Tracking Modules
• At least 2 years of relevant system administration experience
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in O365 Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
