SAP Fulfillment Lead

Job Summary

Supporting SAP S/4HANA solutions, the full-time salaried SAP Fulfillment Lead will manage production support, system configuration, and application enhancements for fulfillment operations, ensuring system stability and operational excellence across global logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own AMS support activities for SAP Fulfillment, including EWM, Logistics Execution, and Transportation Management (TM)
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA EWM and TM processes, ensuring seamless integration with related SAP modules
• Analyze business requirements and deliver system enhancements aligned with SAP best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of SAP Fulfillment experience with strong expertise in SAP EWM, TM, and logistics operations
• Experience supporting SAP production environments within an AMS or application support organization
• Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation processes related to SAP TM
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM configuration and integration with other SAP modules
