SAP GmP Program Manager
Job Summary
Providing strategic guidance and hands-on support for commercialization readiness, the full-time SAP GmP Program Manager will serve as a senior subject matter expert while assessing SAP processes and leading serialization strategy in a hybrid work environment with required travel to Durham, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior SAP subject matter expert and strategic advisor to business and technology stakeholders
- Assess current SAP processes, configurations, and master data to support future commercial operations
- Drive cross-functional discussions and present recommendations to executive leadership
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP experience within life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments
- Experience leading or supporting serialization programs using SAP ATTP, SAP S/4HANA serialization capabilities, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of GMP-regulated environments and commercialization processes
- Experience evaluating enterprise platforms and complex business process transformations
- Ability to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution when needed
