SAP GTS Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP GTS Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support for SAP GTS applications
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex SAP GTS issues and coordinate resolution across teams

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of SAP experience, including solid hands-on knowledge of SAP GTS
• Strong background in application support with focus on incident and service request management
• Good understanding of global trade, compliance, and customs processes within SAP GTS
• Experience working in structured, high-maturity IT service environments
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
