SAP HANA Administrator

Job Summary

To support a management consulting company, the part-time contract SAP HANA Administrator will provide administration and troubleshooting for the BI/Analytics landscape, focusing on SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) while working remotely during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend solutions for critical BI/Analytics security issues, including infrastructure and application patching
• Resolve escalated BI/Analytics infrastructure-related issues directly with global customers
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to high availability, access management, and scalability for BI/Analytics systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology from an accredited institution
• 3-6 years of experience managing and engineering Business Intelligence/Analytical tools like SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Strong expertise in HANA Database Cloud, Datawarehouse on HANA, and performance tuning
• Proficient in creating models and analytics applications within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Good understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related security and user management
