SAP HANA Cloud DBA
Job Summary
To support a management consulting company, the remote SAP HANA Cloud DBA (SAP BTP) will provide administration and troubleshooting for the BI/Analytics landscape, including SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud, on a 1-year contract basis during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and recommend solutions for critical BI/Analytics security issues, including infrastructure patching and upgrades
- Resolve escalated BI/Analytics infrastructure-related issues while collaborating directly with global customers
- Review and enforce policies related to high availability, access management, and scalability for BI/Analytics systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology from an accredited institution
- 3-6 years of experience managing and supporting Business Intelligence/Analytical tools like SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Strong expertise in HANA Database Cloud, including administration, performance tuning, and workload management
- Proficiency in creating models and applications in SAP Analytics Cloud, including performance tuning and integration
- Understanding of data integration tools and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) functionalities
