SAP HANA Performance Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled SAP HANA Performance Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, build, and optimize HANA-native data models and analytical objects while addressing performance issues across the SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop calculation views, CDS views, AMDPs, and SQLScript procedures for analytical and transactional workloads
- Translate business and analytics requirements into structured HANA data models that ensure performance and maintainability
- Optimize queries and lead performance reviews using various HANA tools to identify and resolve bottlenecks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Five or more years of SAP HANA development experience
- Strong expertise with calculation views, CDS views, AMDPs, and SQLScript
- Solid understanding of HANA architecture and performance tuning methodologies
- Experience with HANA replication tools and security models
