SAP HANA Performance Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP HANA Performance Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, build, and optimize HANA-native data models and analytical objects while diagnosing and resolving performance issues across SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop efficient calculation views, CDS views, AMDPs, and SQLScript procedures for various workloads
- Translate complex business requirements into structured HANA data models that prioritize performance and maintainability
- Lead performance reviews and audits, identifying bottlenecks using HANA performance tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Five or more years of SAP HANA development experience
- Strong expertise in calculation views, CDS views, AMDPs, and SQLScript
- Solid understanding of HANA architecture and performance tuning methodologies
- Experience with HANA replication tools and security models
