SAP HANA Support Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an SAP HANA Support Engineer to provide administration and troubleshooting for BI/Analytics Landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and recommend solutions for BI/Analytics security issues and infrastructure upgrades
- Resolve escalated BI/Analytics infrastructure-related issues while working directly with global customers
- Review and enforce policies on high availability, access management, and scalability for BI/Analytics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology from an accredited institution
- 3-6 years of experience in managing and supporting Business Intelligence/Analytical tools like SAP HANA Cloud
- Strong expertise in HANA Database Cloud, Datawarehouse on HANA, and performance tuning
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) including model creation and performance tuning
- Good understanding of data integration tools and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
