SAP HAZMAT Functional Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting a federal logistics modernization program, the remote SAP HAZMAT Functional Consultant will provide expertise in hazardous material processes within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across logistics and supply chain workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional SME for SAP HAZMAT and Dangerous Goods processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment
- Support configuration, integration, and maintenance of HAZMAT-related functionality across various SAP logistics modules
- Analyze business requirements and translate operational needs into SAP functional designs and process improvements
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience supporting SAP functional implementations or modernization efforts
- 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and logistics modules such as MM, TM, EWM, and SD
- Experience with hazardous materials, Dangerous Goods, or regulated material management processes
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret clearance (Interim or Final) and DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification
