Job Summary
Seeking a full-time contract SAP HCM CATS Solution Expert to work remotely, responsible for supporting SAP HCM on-premise operations, including CATS configuration, sustainment, and integration design to meet complex business requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and sustain complex CATS configurations to ensure stable system performance
- Design and manage integrations between SAP HCM and internal/external systems
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM Time Management and related modules
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of SAP HCM experience with strong expertise in CATS
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP HCM CATS in an on-premise environment
- Proven experience designing and managing SAP HCM integrations
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
