SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a remote contract SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, the role involves overseeing functional support, configuration, and enhancement of the SAP HCM On-Premises system while collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure efficient time and payroll operations.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll and Time Management systems
- Author Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and design customized Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas
- Lead test planning and execution during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional defects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 14+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll configuration
- Proven technical mastery of SAP Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas
- Demonstrated experience preparing Functional Design Documents and leading UAT cycles
- Functional knowledge of SAP Mexico Payroll localizations is preferred
