SAP HCM Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading multiple project workstreams, the contract SAP HCM Global Program Manager will oversee at least five full lifecycle global implementations of SAP and related systems while managing project teams and stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct project teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders from kickoff to go-live and support
- Control project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans
- Report project health, milestones, and roadblocks directly to executive leadership
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT program management
- Proven track record of delivering a minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementations of SAP and/or WFS / Time and Payroll systems
- Deep hands-on experience managing concurrent, cross-functional workstreams in multinational environments
- Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management business processes
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification preferred
