Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP HCM Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into design solutions for Human Capital Management and Talent Management systems
• Conduct requirements gathering and create detailed functional specifications for robust solution designs
• Manage all aspects of project development from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record in supporting Human Capital Management & Talent Management IT solutions
• Experience in process analysis, redesign, and project management
• High energy, self-starter with a strong ambition to learn and tackle new challenges
