A company is looking for a SAP HCM SuccessFactors Senior Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications
Research, troubleshoot, and support global clients using various SAP modules
Develop and deliver fixes for complex, integrated, and highly configured environments

Qualifications:

10+ years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with HR/HCM Modules
4+ years of direct support of application end-users in a Corporate environment
SuccessFactors experience, including EC & ECP, Integration, and Security
Track record of successful roles in several SAP implementation or upgrade projects
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
