SAP HCM Time Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support an active public sector engagement, the remote SAP HCM Time Management Specialist will configure SAP Time Schema and ensure compliance with complex time recording rules specific to government payroll environments over a contract duration of 3-6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Configure SAP Time Schema, including personnel calculation rules and time evaluation logic
• Ensure compliance with public sector time rules, including shift differentials and overtime calculations
• Integrate Time Management outputs with SAP Payroll and debug time schema logic as needed

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP Time Schema configuration and time evaluation processes
• Deep understanding of public sector time rules and collective bargaining agreements
• Proficiency in managing work schedules and attendance types in 24/7 shift environments
• Ability to debug time schema logic using SAP transaction codes PE01/PE02
• Experience integrating Time Management outputs with SAP Payroll infotypes
