SAP ILM Technical Architect

Job Summary

To lead the design and execution of SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) architecture for the SAP BRIM Archiving Project, the remote contract SAP ILM Technical Architect will manage architecture decisions, compliance alignment, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring effective data archiving strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own the SAP ILM architecture for BRIM data archiving and retention
• Define archiving strategy, data objects, retention rules, and lifecycle policies aligned with business and compliance requirements
• Lead ILM configuration and technical design, including object selection, rule assignment, and data flow design

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as an SAP ILM Technical Architect
• Proven expertise in SAP ILM architecture design, data archiving, and retention management
• Solid understanding of SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA data models
• Experience working on large-scale archiving or system lifecycle management projects
• Strong knowledge of compliance, audit, data privacy, and legal retention requirements
