SAP Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting clients' ongoing technical operations, the full-time SAP Implementation Engineer will manage system integrations and transitions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless connections between Laurel and client Practice Management Systems (PMS) in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and customize Boomi processes for client system integration and support transitions between billing systems
• Monitor integration health, investigate alerts, and resolve data flow issues across client environments
• Serve as a Level 2 technical escalation point, collaborating with internal teams and client technical contacts to diagnose and resolve issues

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical experience in integration engineering, DevOps, or technical support
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to trace data flow across multiple systems
• Experience with API and database concepts, including REST APIs and SQL queries
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi or similar iPaaS tools
• Experience in client-facing communication, particularly during technical incidents
