SAP Junior Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP Junior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules
• Optimize SAP HR workflows to support automation and reduce manual processes
• Maintain HR data validation, integrity monitoring, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• 3+ years of experience with State HR/Payroll processes and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FLSA)
• 3+ years of experience in HR data validation and integrity monitoring
• 3+ years of advanced reporting and dashboard development (SAP tools, Excel, Power BI)
• 3+ years of experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and position-driven system access
