Job Summary
Managing SAP support across multiple business areas, the full-time remote SAP Manager will coordinate issue resolution, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure effective communication of SAP-related needs and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day SAP support and manage issue prioritization across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related inquiries, incidents, and enhancement requests, ensuring effective communication with business users
- Document recurring SAP issues, resolutions, and process gaps while monitoring open tickets for timely resolution
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6
- Broad understanding of ERP systems and how key business functions interact
- Experience managing SAP tickets and coordinating with third-party support
- Working knowledge of Finance processes within SAP
- Ability to translate business issues into clear SAP support requirements
