SAP Manufacturing Lead

Job Summary

Supporting S/4 HANA solutions, the full-time SAP Manufacturing Lead will manage production support, system configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives across Manufacturing functions, including Production Planning, Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance, while collaborating with global teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own AMS support activities for SAP Manufacturing, leading incident resolution and ensuring operational stability
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing processes, including Production Planning, Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to drive operational efficiency and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in Manufacturing domains
• Deep functional expertise in Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing configuration and integration with related modules
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate global teams
