SAP MDG Functional Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP MDG Functional Architect (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central liaison between business leaders, data stewards, and IT execution teams to manage expectations and drive consensus
• Lead the creation of master data governance proposals, defining scope, business value, governance rules, and functional architecture
• Translate complex MDM strategies into clear presentations and secure executive buy-in for new data governance initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Deep, proven experience in Master Data Governance (MDG) with a focus on defining rules, standards, and data quality metrics
• Extensive knowledge of Master Data Management principles and processes
• Strong functional experience and knowledge of SAP MDG and SAP Central Finance (CFIN)
• Exceptional ability to document complex functional requirements and present them persuasively
• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and advancing initiatives from concept to approval
