Job Summary

Leading change strategy and stakeholder analysis, the hybrid SAP Organizational Change Lead will develop communications and engagement plans, create enablement materials, and monitor business readiness for large enterprise programs.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead change strategy, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments
  • Develop and execute communications, engagement, and learning plans
  • Monitor business readiness, adoption, risks, and overall change progress
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
  • Strong SAP transformation experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA preferred)
  • Proven success leading change for large, complex enterprise programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience supporting global or multi-market deployments preferred
