Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP Employee Central Payroll Business Analyst, Staff / Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and streamline HR and Payroll processes through the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Analyze requirements, configure systems, and test new features for ongoing operations
• Leverage knowledge of SuccessFactors modules along with HR and payroll processes and data to contribute to project success

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience as a Systems Integration Business Analyst
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Knowledge of HR and payroll processes
• Ability to work in a full-time remote capacity
• Alignment to a major facility is preferred
