Job Summary

Seeking a remote Senior SAP ECPayroll Configuration Analyst, the role involves designing, developing, and implementing the EC Payroll cloud solution while supporting payroll processes for the US and Canada, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for US and Canada
• Analyze SAP PAYROLL business requirements and propose innovative solutions while troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Conduct parallel payroll testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end payroll process efficiency

Required qualifications

• Experience with US and Canadian payroll business legislation
• Minimum of 1 End to End SAP Payroll implementation experience across all phases
• 3-5 years of hands-on independent experience in SAP Payroll configuration
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
