Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end SAP technical landscape, the full-time remote SAP Platform Services Senior Manager will manage platform operations, ensure system stability and security, and drive the transformation to Cloud and S/4HANA while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the availability, performance, and reliability of SAP platforms, ensuring 24x7 operational stability
- Lead cross-functional technical teams in SAP Basis, ABAP development, integrations, and security while managing SLAs and KPIs
- Drive the SAP Cloud and S/4HANA strategy, overseeing architecture, data migration, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP experience with a strong technical foundation in Basis/platform operations, ABAP, and integrations
- Proven leadership experience with multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed technical teams
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture and migration approaches
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and migrating on-premise SAP solutions to the cloud
- Vendor management and outsourced service delivery experience
