Job Summary
Leading the North American SAP consulting business, the full-time salaried SAP Practice Leader will drive growth, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction while managing a high-performing team of SAP-specialized sales and practice managers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the North American SAP strategy in alignment with global priorities and manage the SAP practice P&L
- Partner with sales teams to expand SAP services and develop new client opportunities while leading strategic pursuits and strengthening bid competitiveness
- Oversee the regional SAP delivery organization, ensuring delivery quality and acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 15+ years in SAP consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record managing P&L and large cross-functional teams
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and cloud migration
- Experience engaging CxO-level clients and leading sales pursuits
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative leadership style
