SAP Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

To support supply chain operations, the remote, part-time SAP Procurement & Inventory Management Specialist will manage inbound deliveries, perform invoice matching, and oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes using SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and manage inbound deliveries in SAP S/4HANA for timely material receipt
• Perform invoice matching and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and vendor invoices
• Manage MRP processes and review purchase requisitions to ensure proper vendor consolidation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree - Required
• Strong experience with SAP - Required
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, procurement, or materials management - Required
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry - Required
