SAP Project Manager
Job Summary
Focused on delivering strategic and operational leadership, the full-time remote SAP Project Manager will manage customer engagement for NS2 Cloud Customers within Federal Accounts, overseeing onboarding, service delivery, and compliance with federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior-level customer engagement lead for Federal, DoD, and Fed-CIV clients, conducting executive reviews and ensuring service quality
- Lead complex onboarding and transition projects, managing service delivery in compliance with FedRAMP and DoD standards
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders to identify upsell opportunities and support contract renewals and extensions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of customer-facing program or delivery management experience in Federal, DoD, or Fed-CIV environments
- Deep understanding of DoD Cloud security models, FedRAMP compliance, and NIST frameworks
- Proven ability to manage multiple customers while maintaining high compliance and service quality standards
- Expertise in service delivery for SAP solutions, including S/4HANA and Cloud Application Delivery
