SAP RAR Consultant
Job Summary
To support revenue accounting initiatives, the full-time remote SAP RAR Consultant will design, configure, and maintain Revenue Accounting and Reporting solutions in alignment with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 standards while collaborating with finance and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP RAR components, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition principles
- Lead integration efforts of RAR with SD, FI-CA, and non-SAP billing systems
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in revenue posting, reconciliation, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 4 years specifically in SAP RAR
- Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition principles (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
- Hands-on configuration experience in Performance Obligation Types and Revenue Posting & Reconciliation
- Experience integrating RAR with SD, FI-CA, or non-SAP billing systems
- Knowledge of S/4HANA RAR and migration from Classic RAR / RAI
