SAP Reimbursable Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Army Reimbursable Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)/Reimbursable functional support for the Army GFEBS Program
• Coordinate with end-users and technical representatives to resolve help desk tickets
• Analyze issues for common themes and generate Business Objects reports for leadership metrics

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of SAP/DoD end-to-end Order to Cash processes
• Experience with Reimbursable and Advance Sales Orders, Resource Related Billing, and Accounts Receivable Collections
• Familiarity with generating and customizing Business Object Reports
• Prior DOD experience and ERP experience
• Experience with G-Invoicing and software implementations is desired
