SAP Release Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a permanent position, the SAP Release Manager will oversee end-to-end release and transport management across SAP S/4HANA environments, ensuring controlled delivery of changes while coordinating with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the SAP release lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and executing transports and deployments
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness and manage transport sequencing and dependencies
• Provide governance, risk management, and status reporting to stakeholders while driving continuous improvement of release processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience in release, change, or deployment management
• Hands-on experience with SAP ChaRM and/or SAP Cloud ALM
• Strong knowledge of SAP transport management and landscapes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably greenfield
• Background in supporting cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
