Job Summary

Leading cross-functional Finance transformation initiatives, the remote or onsite SAP S/4 HANA Program Manager will manage end-to-end program delivery, partnering with executive sponsors to define project scope and success metrics while applying structured project management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex Finance transformation initiatives to modernize processes and systems
• Drive program delivery from project definition through execution and value realization
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment and successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years of experience in finance transformation or program/project management
• Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional programs with measurable results
• Experience with Finance systems and S/4 HANA transformations
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
