SAP S/4HANA Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead a large-scale brownfield implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of SAP S/4HANA brownfield implementation programs
• Own overall program governance, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and communication plans
• Manage cross-functional SAP delivery teams and oversee S/4HANA configuration and integration

Required Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years managing SAP S/4HANA programs, with mandatory brownfield implementation experience
• Proven experience leading global, multi-country SAP programs
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA brownfield activities
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams and senior business stakeholders
